All I have picked up via Twitter and from the RFL at that is that clubs are looking for U23s to be re introduced. If that is the case surely there is no longer any need for Dual Reg

The reserve/ A team/ U23s is by far the best format for all our leagues.

Lets hope so. Should just introduce a reserves, and say an U19s & U16s and say to all clubs in all 3 leagues, if you want to put a team in those competitions you can but if not you're not getting all the obvious advantages.
