Can a member of the trust confirm, that the trust will have a speaker attend this meeting, and the speaker will not allow themself or supporters to be fobbed off, as they were at the Ossett meeting last year, when supporters were advised not to raise points until after the meeting had finished. We need everything to be on record, this will only happen to questions/replies given during the official meeting.
 Thank you.'"

We have requested that the following be permitted to speak :

Jonathan Stone - Chair, Wakefield & District Community Trust
Phil Townsend - SWAG
Mary Creagh MP

This is a Planning Meeting and the Chair will not permit an open debate on the whole Newmarket fiasco so we will focus our objection to the current planning application and why.

I believe it's a public meeting so anyone who wishes to attend is at liberty to do so. | |

Mainly about his full tenure at the club but the last 5 mins or so is about belle vue. He sounds very positive and that within the next week, and he jokingly admits that he’s been saying this for a while, that there would be positive news about belle vue and that there are some legalities to tie up. He admits that maybe we concentrated on Newmarket too much and that belle vue is where we should be.
