Rankin, decent young player from what I saw and more of a runner of the ball.

I'd be more than happy if was Rankin . A young lad with something to prove will do me tbh

If it is Rankin then I would think Millers been given the job of steering us around the pitch. Rankin reminds me of a young Richard Horne defo a 6/1 not a 7.

Can't say i've heard much on Rankin but the highlights look good.. Even though they are only "Highlights".

I thought of Horne too when I saw his highlights video, him and Miller could be a brilliant partnership.

I like the sound of it, lets be honest all clubs are looking at either ageing aussys who are comming over here for one last decent pay check or young up and comming stars with somthing to prove we have had our share in the halfback position of the first type im all for a young players working alongside the likes of Horney hope this comes off but im also keen to see Horney play with miller that could work very well also would be nice to have lots of options though

I think we need a Cooke type player to compliment Miller. I think that MIller is similar ish in attack to Horne. We need someone to push us round the park and put players (Miller / Horne) into the gaps.

He does look good, but I worry that it is only highlights, have a look at Richie Barnett's highlights, he looks like the worlds best winger.

Is anyone concerned about goal kicking ? The current prospective kickers are all unproven and AFAIK Rankin doesn't kick goals. The other name mentioned was Dane Chisholm who does kick however I don't think he needs a visa as he has played for France so it can't be him.

We have a few good goal kickers in Miller, Westy and Crooks, we just need to decide which one to use, the problem before was they never got to kick consistently.

Ben Crooks will be our kicker next year.
