Surely it's a conflict of interest a judge or a barrister aren't allowed to sit on a judgment if they have any connection to the Person up in court it should be the same for the RFL Panel. Neil is quite right about the decisions being made before you even get in there. The onus is on you to prove you are innocent and not for them to prove you are guilty. If you have different video angles of alleged incidents they won't let you use them. They won't accept scientific evidence. You can't use previous incidents to highlight why you think an incident should be a lower grade or not considered at all.

Its not worth appealing as you have to put up an extra £300 before the appeal starts and if you lose (which, being from Hull you will) then you lose the £300 also.
