Matt's a great player. Plays with a lot of heart and makes good metres in the tackle, especially considering he's not that big a guy. He'll do well for you.
Moore on the other hand has been a bit disappointing.
3 or 4 years ago he was at the top of his game. If he can re-discover that form & control his off field excesses he could be an extremely astute signing, assuming he is not commanding top bucks. If not, he could be a huge disruptive influence.
