I can't recommend any Warrington based solicitors, but I do remember when I used to work at Bridgfords on Rylands Street a memo being circulated by the then area manager (who has since become MD) about Longlands, then known as Longland Stansfield & Keeble.
It's fair to say that at the time they were pretty useless, and the area manager basically stated in this memo that staff were to discourage customers from using them, saying a more appropriate name for them would be "Longwait Standstill and Feeble"
This memo got into the hands of one of the senior partners at Longlands, and the area manager was forced to go and grovel to them.
My recommendation? Healds in Wigan. Ask for Gary Shepherd.
Wish I'd done this & got recomendations. I used a company I found online called Conveyancing Expert. What a HUGE mistake that was. Practally had to chace them every step of the way & purchace of my property very nearly fell through because of it
