Very encouraging calibre of signings still arriving. Competed well yesterday but noticeably struggled a bit more when they brought their two big props on. Said straight after game we need another big prop. This signing should strengthen our middle 4 recognised props now. Sad that we let Luis Roberts go he looked good for Leeds missed opportunity there.
Happy to see that we're continuing the steady and methodical approach of acquiring available players that make us stronger, without rushing in to stop-gap signings. In Chester I trust.
Now that he's officially announced, a big phew from here. Hope he hits the ground running - virtually no pre-season (how's he going to learn the Victory Song in time? - actually that question is withdrawn to avoid a pile on from other club's fans).
