Hes a prop, good size. I saw him play in pre-season friendly against a very young Leeds team and for me he was best player on the park that day so when summer bash was on i was looking forward to seeing him play. Sadly i was disappointed in him that day but thats 1 game.

When Leeds play Fri and Batley are at home on the Sunday i take advantage of the £5 SL season ticket offer and this week they play Fev so i will keep an eye on him again to see how he goes against Batleys excellent 4 props.

Another Andy Yates for me - can't see the point of replacing Baldwinson with him - he is no better.

Unless it is just a way of moving Baldwinson on.

Think it suits both parties. Featherstone get some cash - not a lot in the grand scheme of things, but that'll cover someone's wages for a year potentially - and a player they like. Leeds get some reward for bringing Baldwinson on and a player they can take a flyer on and see how he develops in a full-time environment.

And Fev will get Ormondroyd back on dual reg for most of the season if this deal is actually true.

Unless he is playing in next years reserve team.
