Much of the team picks itself. With regard to Ward, I don’t think he’s played enough games consistently to feature, when he plays he’s good but struggles a bit to string games together. I’d have had Sinfield at 13 with Burrow at 7 and Buderus at 9.

Still it’s all opinions and we know everyone’s will be different.

I have to keep checking myself ,at my age time flies and I'm still thinking first decade of the century. It shows how weve been spoilt in the last 20 years. From 2010 I agree with others not sure about Ward no disrespect to his obvious ability ,but he has had a lot of time out

Feels like they put ward down first as our current captain and then fit the team around that which is why sinny is at 6, Mags at 7 and then they are struggling to fit Burrow in - hence he is at 9. These things are both very subjective and influenced by events of the day.

We are actually fortunate enough that you could have picked two or maybe even three decent teams from the players we have had over the last ten years.

Can't really argue too much with that. I would probably swap Burrow for Buderus if it was an actual team going out to play but that would be the best 17 overall pretty much.

Most of the team comes from exploits in the first half the decade; apart from the surprise smash and grab 2017 GF win the less said about the rest the better.

I'd cheat and have Webb over Hardaker, Donald over Briscoe and Senior over Moon. Whilst some didn't play their best rugby for us this decade, they were still part of the squad. I'd agree with others and have Rob at 7, Kev at 13 and Buderus at 9.

Maybe there should be a " Team of the century so far " ? The Glorious O's are bit too close to the teens

That's a fair shout I agree about Donald although he had his best times in the previous decade

I know that sinfield burrow and McGuire all need to be included in here, but sinfield played only a handful of games at 13 after 2010.

Generally it was sinfield 6, Danny 7 and burrow off the bench
