Completely undermines expansion.
I could understand it if they were employing local Hertfordshire players and accommodating them in Dewsbury to benefit from a more professional setup, but this sounds like a Dewsbury Club Mark II if they're just intending to move there to get better players from the Dewsbury area. What's the point in that?
