I know Harrison avoided major surgery in the close season and I am pretty sure he has been back in training for a while - he was complaining that his fellow Cumbrian Ryan Shaw was a bit precious about going out for runs in the dirty weather.

Yes, Shaw signed for Barrow last season but I think he still trains with Ben H. They are both ex Barrow Island players.
